The Ivy League degree is weighted with hopeful expectations,
assumed achievements, and unspoken privilege.
Sometimes it feels like too much to carry.
Let’s ban together, admit we don’t have all the answers,
and use each other as resources.
Let’s show up as the most courageous sisterhood of women.
OUR TIME IS NOW
This is an incredible period of time to be a woman.
If you hold many worlds together and feel the constant pressure to overgive, overserve and overcommit, you have arrived in the right place.
If you believe you’re meant for more even though you don’t know what “more” is, you’re not alone.Â
Â
You’re meant to be here.

You are invited to join our mission to unite our unique gifts, talents and deepest desires
As an Ivy League woman, you’re an integral part of our diverse alumni network that shares a wealth of knowledge, untapped connections, and unlimited resources.
When we collaborate rather than compete, we are an unstoppable force that changes broken systems, opens new pathways for financial freedom, and generates a ripple effect for others to follow.

With all the changes happening on a global scale the world needs conscious, courageous leaders to step up and lead by example.
For far too long we’ve operated in silos competing, comparing and criticizing each other.
The joke is on us.
Most Ivies didn’t admit women until the 1960’s-70’s, which means we don’t have a legacy of brotherhood paving the way for us.
We are trailblazers.
Rather than turn away from each other, it’s time we turn towards each other.
We’re all on the same team.

“Women belong in all places where decisions are being made. It shouldn’t be that women are the exception.”
“Success isn’t about how your life looks to others. It’s about how it feels to you.”

“On the outside, I have my sh*t together. On the inside, I often question why/how I can have such a glowing facade yet feel so trapped. Joining this amazing group of women was so refreshing to be able to acknowledge our strength and power AND imperfections in the same breath.”
“I deeply valued the authenticity and connection to other women. I am working through a breakthrough in my career and it has been hard at times. I’ve felt shame and embarrassment. This space was enlightening and encouraging and just what I needed!”
“Letting down my guard and speaking my truth in a safe space with other women was liberating and inspiring. I realized I’m not alone in the way I can be so hard and critical on myself.”
Ivy League Women Are Pioneers.
We are pioneers in our homes, in our industries and in our communities.

“Letting down my guard and speaking my truth in a safe space with other women was liberating and inspiring. I realized I’m not alone in the way I can be so hard and critical on myself.”
“Lauren has a gift for creating a safe space where everyone can feel at ease. She guides with an open-heart which in turn allows others to be vulnerable and show-up as their authentic self. This was an empowering experience.”
“IÂ left this experience feeling grateful, supported, and inspired. I feel lucky to have connected with a diverse group of accomplished women who reminded me we all experience imposter syndrome when we’re stepping out of our comfort zone”

 Welcome,
I’m Lauren, and I’m so glad you’re here. We are on a mission to create a warm, inviting space for Ivy League women to bridge connections, ignite confidence, and facilitate mentorship.
Now more than ever, women need a safe space to be raw, real and messy without the consequences of judgment.
I know this, because when my college sweetheart left me just after having our fourth baby, I put on my game face. I tried to convince myself everything was fine. Beneath the facade, I was scared and alone. I didn’t want to let my guard down, because I am a strong woman and don’t like feeling pitied or perceived as weak.
The challenge is our workplace, our home front and our friends are not trained to handle this level of raw courage every woman has inside her.
The Great Resignation and “burnout” are manifestations of this epidemic.
Our time is now.
Women are being called to lead in a new way. A way that invites in humility, grace, and integrity.
If you want to be part of this team, I’m inviting you in.Â
Let’s take off our veil of perfection and get real.
Lauren
