Two Truth, One Lie #2

As I shared last week, I’m inviting you to be part of my latest experiment.

Inspired by habit-hacker and best-selling author, James Clear, the email experiment is called 2 Truths and 1 Lie.

It’s a weekly newsletter series that will deliver you small, but nutrient-rich nuggets of wisdom.

My intention is that the email takes you less than 30 seconds to consume, but gives you something to digest throughout your day.

TRUTH

Procrastination is like masterbation. It feels good until you realize you’re f*cking yourself.
