Inspired by habit-hacker and best-selling author, James Clear, the email experiment is called 2 Truths and 1 Lie.
It’s a weekly newsletter series that will deliver you small, but nutrient-rich nuggets of wisdom.
My goal is that the email takes you less than 30 seconds to consume and gives you something powerful to digest throughout your day.
Truth
Safety is born out of trust. Without trust there is no safety.
Truth
Imperfect action is better than perfect inaction.
Lie
I perceive others the way others perceive me.
My goal is to make this conversational and fun for us. Feel free to reply back with our own universal truths and lies, and I will feature them.
